The mere thought of having to call Tech Support can send chills down the spine of even the most intrepid technology user. Anxiety, terror, nausea, cold sweats, racing heartbeat.... all these and more may be present when we have to make that dreaded call...
But take heart, blogsters, you are not alone. Just about everyone has had at least one of these horrific experiences, but now you have a place to share your own unique nightmares---a place where others will understand your fears and, as a certain disbarred Arkansas lawyer once said, "feel your pain."
I've told you about some of my nightmares elsewhere in this blog. Maybe, like me, you have run across the marble-mouthed auctioneer tech guy, the script reader from some far-flung nation, or perhaps a "helpful" individual who lets you know that whatever tech mess you're in, it's probably your fault. Or, maybe you've just gotten bad advice, or worse yet, an indifferent blow-off.
Whatever your experience, we invite you to vent your spleen here. No longer must you remain silently suffering in your own tech support hell. You may even find it cathartic to share your ordeal. At the very least, you can enjoy the pain of others (if that's what you're into... not that there's anything wrong with that).
